Disney Springs is the shopping and dining center of Disney World. You can park for free in any of the parking lots, and you can enter Disney Springs for free as well. Shopping, dining, and entertainment will cost you money, but you can also walk around and enjoy the sights for free.
There are 4 sections to Disney Springs, and each one has shopping and dining options

Shopping
There are many shops in Disney Springs, each shop has a unique flair.
67 shops are full of apparel and accessories.

Marketplace
Marketplace Co-Op: Multiple stores under 1 roof. You can get accessories for your dog, tech accessories, or art.
Star Wars Trading Post: A place to get Star Wars clothes, accessories, and less expensive light sabers.
World of Disney: A giant Disney Store that has all sorts of stuffed animals, clothes, and more.
The Landing
Chapel Hats: A fancy hat shop
Just Fun Socks: All sorts of fun socks can be found here.
Havaianas: Flip-flops and more
Town Center
Coca-Cola Store: A place to buy Coca-Cola gear and Coca-Cola products.
UNIQLO: Stylish Disney clothes and other clothes.
Coach: A Coach store selling Coach products.
West Side
Super Hero Headquarters: A store to get Marvel clothes and accessories.
Sunglass Hut: Plenty of different kinds of sunglasses.

There are many different dining locations throughout Disney Springs. This includes Quick Service, Table Service, Bars & Lounges, and Carts & Kiosks. You will find food around every corner. There is food for picky eaters, as well as fancier and more expensive restaurants.

Some quick-service restaurants have seating inside or around, but a waiter does not come to you to take your order.

Marketplace
Rainforest Café: Pretty basic food, but if you like animatronics and an immersive environment where a thunderstorm happens and the animals freak out, this is the place for you. Kids may enjoy this, or be bothered by the loud environment.
T-REX: Basically the same restaurant as Rainforest Café, except there are dinosaurs instead of rainforest animals.

The Edison: Classic American cuisine
Town Center
Planet Hollywood: American cuisine where you sit surrounded by movie memorabilia.
Frontera Cocina: Contemporary Mexican cuisine

House of Blues Restaurant and Bar: Food with a New Orleans twist.
Experiences
There are many different experiences to be had in Disney Springs other than just food and shopping. This includes music, rides and more even a show.
Marketplace
Marketplace Carousel: A small carousel, you do need to pay for a ride on it.
Marketplace Train Express: A small train that goes around a circular path a couple of times, you do need to pay for a ride on it.
AdventHealth Waterside Stage: Come here to listen to music.
The Landing
Vintage Amphicar Tours: Take a ride in an amphibious vehicle around the waterway.
Multiple restaurants in this area have live entertainment.
Waterview Park: Come here to listen to music
Town Center
Disney Springs Art Walk: A Canvas of Expression: Enjoy a walk through Town Center with artwork.
Stargazers: You can find live entertainment here.
Coca-Cola Bear Photo-Op: You can take a picture with the Coca-Cola polar bear.
The West Side
Aerophile: A hot air balloon that you can take a ride on and see all of Disney Springs and beyond
AMC Theater: You can watch all sorts of movies at the theater here.
Cirque Du Soleil: Drawn to Life: A Cirque show with a Disney twist.
