Why I Keep Coming Back to Disney: A Personal Reflection

Disney is a very special place to me and I have been there many times over my 36 years.
I went for a family vacation when I was 6, my sister had a chorus competition there when I was 10, and my parents brought me there when I was 14 because I didn't get to go for my chorus trip. I went for my high school graduation in 2006, and my college graduation in 2010, I went on a trip with a friend of mine around my Graduate school graduation. After that, I went for 2 weeks for my Honeymoon, and in 2023 we went in July. I will be going back again in November of 2024.
I never get sick of Disney, I could go every year if I had the money to do so. I think I love it so much because of the vibe. I knew this before but I found out for real when we went July 2023. My husband and I did one thing outside the Disney bubble, and I got berated by some guy that I didn't know because I didn't tell him where the entrance to a haunted house was. The moment we went back to Disney, everyone was nice and friendly.
Yes, of course, there are times when you can find unfriendly people in Disney, but Disney World is the Most Magical Place on Earth, so people's spirits seem to be lifted when they are there. I know mine sure are.
I also try to go every couple of years so every time I go there is something new and different to see. There are a lot of interesting things in store for Disney World over the next couple of years, and I hope to go back in 4-5 years and see as much of them as I can.
As I said, we went to Disney in July of 2023 and are going again in November 2024, but there are already some changes we did not see the last time we were there. Including Moana's Journey of Water, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, and Country Bears Musical Jamboree. All 3 things I am very excited about.
I love the rides, shows, food, and entertainment, but I just love the feeling of being there, away from my everyday life, in a place full of magic and fun.
