Disney World’s Best Photo Spots: Capture the Magic

There are many places to get your picture taken in Disney World. There are ride photos, which are always fun. There are character meet and greets, as well as photographers around Disney World that can take regular and magical photos with you. You can get ride photos with Lightning Lane Multi-pass as well as the add-on called Magic Maker. You do have to pay more for both options. Multi-pass only gives you access to ride photos while Magic Maker gives you access to all photos.

Ride Photos

The following rides in each park have a ride photo. It's always fun to try to pose when you know the photo-op is coming up.

Magic Kingdom

1. Space Mountain - happens during one of the faster drops.

2. Tiana's Bayou Adventure - During the 50ft drop

3. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train - During the outdoor portion

4. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin - Shows you shooting at the targets.

5. Pirates of the Caribbean - During the small drop close to the beginning

6. Haunted Mansion - Magic Shot at the end with the mirrors and the hitch-hiking ghosts.

7. Tron - Right after the launch.

Hollywood Studios

1. The Twilight Zone - During one of the exhilarating drops

2. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith - During the launch

3. Slinky Dog Dash - During the second launch

4. Rise of the Resistance - When you face off against a group of Storm Troopers.

EPCOT

1. Test Track - During the high-speed part

2. Frozen Ever After - When you go down the hill backward

Animal Kingdom

1. Avatar Flight of Passage - Right as you take flight on your Banshee

2. Dinosaur - Taken when you run into one of the massive dinosaurs

3. Expedition Everest - Taken during the forward drop after the backward drop

Disney Photographers

Disney Photographers can be found throughout every park. They wear bright green shirts and are hard to miss. If it is raining outside they may head inside until the storm has passed. If you want to have a magical experience ask the Disney Photographer for a magic shot, these shots add characters or some other type of magic to your photopass photos and they are always fun. There are also special pictures, like super-zooms and there is a photo in Animal Kingdom that makes you look huge and the world around you look small.
